The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

• Application (or 'App') means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named SubCore

• Company refers to SubCore Team

• Device means any device that can access the App

• You means the individual accessing or using the App

• Service refers to the App and all features and functionality it provides

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the SubCore App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You represent that you are over the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

By using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit the App or any of its content without prior written permission from the Company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for restricting access to your account if applicable.

All content you create within the App (including affirmations, meditation sessions, notes, preferences, and personal data) belongs entirely to you.

You retain all rights to your personal data. The Company does not access, use, or share your data with third parties.

When you uninstall the App, all your data is removed from your device. The Company does not retain copies of your data on any servers.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create, transmit, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App's code or functionality

• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality

• Use automated tools or bots to access or use the App

The App, including its design, graphics, interface, code, and original content, are and will remain the exclusive property of SubCore.

You are granted a limited license to use the App as intended. This does not give you any ownership rights to the App itself.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names related to SubCore are the exclusive property of SubCore Team.

SubCore is designed for wellness, meditation, and personal development purposes only.

The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the App in place of consulting with a healthcare professional.

Do not use the App while driving, operating heavy machinery, or in any situation where your full attention is required for safety.

SubCore is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from use of the App.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

The Company is not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages that may occur.

The Company disclaims liability for the functionality or availability of the App on any particular device or operating system.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The Company does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The Company is not responsible for third-party app store policies, terms, or practices.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the App.

Your continued use of the App following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will notify you by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Italy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
